For most of my career, I worked with entrepreneurs, leadership teams, and business organizations trying to build something meaningful. Along the way, I discovered that the most important work is rarely strategic or tactical – it's deeply personal. The real challenge isn't deciding what to do. It's understanding what matters enough to devote our life and energy to doing.
Today, I write at the intersection of creativity, entrepreneurship, community, reinvention, and meaningful work. Some essays explore the creative journey.
